FAQ

WHAT IS DTG PRINTING

DTG printing or Direct to Garment Printing is a process of printing graphics onto textiles and garments. It uses modified inkjet technology to print any artwork onto a garment.
DTG printing is a fairly new method that allows for a lot of variation compared to screen printing (which dominated the customized t-shirt market for decades).  DTG printers are able to print full colour designs directly to your shirt in one single pass.
Our ink is completely safe and dries quickly. The ink will soak into your garment itself and become part of the shirt. This means the print wont crack, peel, or wash away over time.
With DTG printing there is no set up time. Methods such as screen printing require individual screens to be created for each colour. This can take over an hour, before even getting to the printing.
This also means that there is no minimum order. As we can be up and printing in a matter of minutes, rather than hours.

WHY USE DTG?

  • Fast turn around time

  • Full colour prints in a single pass

  • Cost effective on multi colour, and small runs

  • No minimum order

WHAT IS RECYCLED T-SHIRT MATERIAL

Our recycled shirt is made from a blend of 65% recycled plastic bottles and 35% cotton, ensuring a high quality, soft, and natural feeling t-shirt.
It takes about two 2L or six 500ml plastic bottles to create enough fabric for a T-Shirt to be manufactured. Each shirt that we get to manufacture with this fabric plays a vital role in helping nature and lessening the carbon footprint we leave behind.
